Shakespeare Sonette in OP

Sung in the twilight of the sunset
A few days before the summer solstice, the Seefeld Chamber Choir invites you to a musical summer night's reverie. Immerse yourself in Shakespeare's world of mythical creatures, witches and love stories. A capella works by neoclassical and contemporary composers await you. Their music makes the poet's powerful images even more tangible. The unfamiliar venues and the twilight of the sunset put us in the mood of unease typical of Shakespeare.
Speaker Thomas Douglas shows how Shakespeare's contemporaries heard his sonnets and dramas. He performs some works in the original pronunciation, others in a German version. In this way, he underscores the metaphorical power of the text.
Immerse yourself in an atmosphere between being and non-being.
